This retreat is designed for any man on the journey of breaking generational cycles and aspiring to lead a life connected to their corazon. It's perfect for men, fathers, and grandfathers seeking connection with like-minded individuals and striving for more balance in their lives.
The Location:
Set in a private home within the Mountain Desert Retreat, this venue spans 32 acres of pristine desert landscape in Lucerne Valley, CA. It offers an ideal setting to disconnect from the daily hustle and reconnect with yourself and nature. Participants will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views, a private pool, Jacuzzi, and numerous hiking trails. The property boasts spacious and comfortable accommodations, ensuring a memorable experience.
The Experience:
Our Men's Weekend Experience Starts on Friday 04/25 at 3:00 PM, with a 3-hour window for arrival between 11:30 am and 2:30 PM.
Limited to 20 men, this retreat is an opportunity to explore the power of brotherhood and mutual growth.
Throughout the weekend experience men will have the opportunity to participate in activities that cater to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the participants. These may include yoga, meditation, storytelling, leadership exercises, and other practices that support personal development and community building.
Men’s Circles:
A powerful gathering where men come together in a circle of trust and openness to share experiences, wisdom, and support. It's a space for profound connection, reflection, and the fostering of brotherhood, allowing individuals to explore and express their challenges and celebrate their wins.
Breathwork and Meditation Sessions:
This session guides participants through controlled breathing exercises designed to release stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional balance. It's a transformative practice that connects you deeply with your body and mind, facilitating personal growth and healing.
Cacao Circle
An ancient ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart and facilitate a deeper connection to the self and others. This circle is a blend of meditation, intention setting, and the sharing of cacao, known for its heart-opening and healing properties.
Sacred Fire Circle
A ritual that harnesses the transformative power of fire to purify, release, and manifest. Participants gather around a sacred fire to let go of what no longer serves them and set intentions for their future, creating space for new beginnings and personal growth.
Nature Connection
Activities designed to deepen your connection with the natural world, fostering a sense of peace, grounding, and belonging. This may include guided walks, meditation in nature, and exercises that encourage mindful observation and appreciation of the environment.
