This retreat is designed for any man on the journey of breaking generational cycles and aspiring to lead a life with heart. It's perfect for men, fathers, and grandfathers seeking connection with like-minded individuals and striving for more balance in their lives.
The Location:
Set in a private home within the Mountain Desert Retreat, this venue spans 32 acres of pristine desert landscape in Lucerne Valley, CA. It offers an ideal setting to disconnect from the daily hustle and reconnect with yourself and nature. Guests will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views, a private pool, and numerous hiking trails. The property boasts spacious and comfortable accommodations, ensuring a memorable experience.
The Experience:
Our Men's Weekend Experience commences at 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour window for arrival between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Limited to 10 men, this retreat is an opportunity to explore the power of brotherhood and mutual growth.
Throughout the weekend experience men will have the opportunity to participate workshops that cater to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the participants. These may include yoga, meditation, storytelling, leadership exercises, and other practices that support personal development and community building.
Men’s Council:
A powerful gathering where men come together in a circle of trust and openness to share experiences, wisdom, and support. It's a space for profound connection, reflection, and the fostering of brotherhood, allowing individuals to explore and express their challenges and triumphs.
Breathwork and Meditation Sessions:
This session guides participants through controlled breathing exercises designed to release stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional balance. It's a transformative practice that connects you deeply with your body and mind, facilitating personal growth and healing.
Cacao Ceremony: by @
An ancient ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart and facilitate a deeper connection to the self and others. This ceremony is a blend of meditation, intention setting, and the sharing of cacao, known for its heart-opening and healing properties.
Sacred Fire Ceremony:
